There is no light on when charging, what is going on?
Try using the original charging cable to charge both the remote and receiver.
If the light still doesn't come on, switch to one or two different Type-C cables and repeat the charging process.
If the light remains off, it indicates that the remote and receiver are defective and cannot function. Please request the replacements from us.
Do you find that your dog's paws frequently turn off the power button on the receiver?
Simply wear the receiver on the back of your dog's neck to prevent accidental shutdowns caused by paw contact
How to pair the receiver with the remote?
1. Please turn off the receiver, then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the light flash alternately between red and green.
2. Press and hold the remote Beep+Vibration at the same time to pair the receiver collar.
3. Once pairing successfully, the receiver collar beeps 2 times and the green light flashes 3 times.
